Shipping and Returns Explained

We attempt to ship the least expensive way! Usually using Canada Post. Shipping charges are very difficult to determine - shape, size, weight and destination all play a part. We have entered some basic shipping costs and if this ends up being way out of line with actual pricing we will refund the difference to you or we will ask you to increase the shipping costs as required.

We ship only the best quality products as shown; and so all items purchased are non-returnable. Exceptions will apply to goods damaged in shipping. And of course, we want to keep our customers happy, so please let us know your situation and we will consider your request for a return. These special requests for return are to be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Return shipping will be paid by the purchaser.
