Weekly Meditation Wednesday
evening at 7:00 pm
Combined with/followed by an optional add on group meeting
Discovery Circle at 8:00 pm
In Meditation we will usually practice Mindfulness, Sitting in Silence, and the session will most often incorporate Inspirational Quotes, Om Chants, Loving Kindness, optional Sharing and a final Blessing in Circle. From time-to-time the format may change bringing in guided meditation, walking meditation, and/or music (for examples).
In Discovery Circle (Insight ~ Awareness ~ Illumination) we will explore through hearing/receiving via recordings, videos etc. new information/ideas for contemplation, transformation and growth (brought to us through sources/teachers such as Kryon Channellings, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Mooji, Don Miguel Ruiz, Wayne Dyer, Radiant Rose Academy and other illuminated ones). A short discussion/assimilation/sharing will follow the receiving of the source material. Awaken to Insight, Awareness, Illumination, Love.
Both options, Meditation and Discovery Circle, are Free
and on a drop-in basis
You may choose to attend either one or both of the evening offerings.
6:50 pm 7 pm - arrive
7:00 pm prompt start time for Meditation (DOOR is LOCKED)
7:50 - 8:00 transition/people re-grouping, leaving or arriving
8:00 pm prompt start time for Discovery Circle (DOOR is LOCKED)
8:40 - 8:50 windup and leaving time
IMPORTANT ~ PLEASE NOTE:
** If you arrive for Meditation and the door is locked DO NOT DISTURB and please join us the following week for a 7:00 pm start
** If you arrive for/prior to the Discovery Circle
and the door is locked, that means we are still in the Meditation Group,
kindly wait outside quietly and the door will open when we are complete.
